Halloween Parade & Black and Orange Day!

Get ready for some Halloween fun at Davisville! On Friday, October 30, students are invited to celebrate Black and Orange Day. Weather permitting, students who celebrate Halloween are welcome to wear their costumes to school.

A few important reminders:
* Students should not wear masks that impair their vision.
* Weapon-like accessories are strictly forbidden.
* Costumes, makeup, masks, props, and imagery must be respectful and appropriate for the school environment.
* If your family does not celebrate Halloween, please let your child’s teacher know. Alternative activities will be planned.

Parade details:
* Grades 1–6: At 1:00 p.m., students will walk around the block (Millwood to Acacia to Davisville), then return to the playground for a dance party before afternoon recess.
* Kindergarten: Students will have their parade on the Davisville Turf/Playground (not in the Gym as previously stated)

Parents and caregivers are welcome to watch the parade from outside the school fence on Millwood or along the parade route.

We hope everyone has a fun and festive day!
